Please note we do not offer refunds, we can offer exchanges for wrong size, colour or faulty product. We can not offer exchange on Monogrammed or Custom products unless faulty, this includes if the size is wrong. Before sending back the product email Jen@lilsoles.com.au with details regarding the exchange & photos of the product.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days (allow 7 day's transit time)
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. (including Monogram & custom products unless faulty)
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Footwear must include the original packaging in its original condition
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
- Final Sale items may not be returned.
- Lil Soles monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behaviour.
